Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 large rump steak
  • Paprika
  • One large onion diced
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 3/4 sour cream
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • 3 T tomato paste

Directions

  1. Slice beef into desired size
  2. Coat beef in flour salt and pepper evenly
  3. Brown beef do not cook then take off heat
  4. Brown onion garlic and mushrooms
  5. Add paprika, tomato paste and stock and boil for 5 minutes, should thicken slightly
  6. Add the meat back in and cook, add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Take off heat and add sour cream
  8. Serve with rice and green beans
