Preheat oven to 200C. Place wrap strips onto a baking tray and spray with oil. Bake for 4 minutes, give the baking tray a shake, and bake for a further 2 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.
To assemble the salad, in a serving bowl add the lettuce, beef and tomatoes. Sprinkle over crispy wrap strips and top with salsa.
