Cook rice and cool. Scramble Eggs over Med. Heat. Chop into little pieces. Mix together in a bowl add eggs to rice, carrots, peas, & onions. Soften Butter and mix in Chopped Garlic. With Fried Rice mixture add butter/garlic, Soy Sauce, and Salt & Pepper to a non stick pan. Cook rice at Med. High Heat, stirring often for 10-15 Minutes. When the rice starts to brown a bit and it’s perfect.
