  • Frozen Mixed berries (53g)
  • Oat Milk, 250ml (1 cup)
  • Vanilla yoghurt (173g)
  • Rolled Oats, raw (25g)
  • Flaked almond (10g)
  • Protein powder (20g)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, along with ice and blend until mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

TIPS:

  1. Substitute flaked almonds for a nut butter of your choice. Alternatively, you can scatter the almonds over the smoothie before serving if preferred.
  2. You can use fresh banana and add ice for a thicker consistency. Alternatively, you can buy prepackaged frozen banana from your local supermarket.
