Berry Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 83ml unsweetened oat milk
  • 30g protein powder
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 125g vanilla yoghurt
  • 125g frozen mixed berries
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 1 cup low fat latte

Directions

  1. In a container or jar combine milk, peanut butter, rolled oats, yoghurt, mixed berries and vanilla essence. Give it a good mix and then seal container and refrigerate overnight. The oats will be ready to eat in the morning.
  2. Follow with homemade latte.
  3. TIP: on cooler days, add all ingredients without the milk and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave milk and mix through to warm oats.
