Brown the Butter (get it to a boil); get to a dark brown, then pour into a measuring cup to get to 1 cup (add a bit of water if need be); then let chill to room temp
Mix the Flour, salt, baking soda by pouring into a sifter
Mix in the Sugar, vanilla, espresso powder and butter together. Blend well.
Add in the two eggs (blend)
Add 1/3 of the mixture from #2, blend, mix in 1/3 more, blend, add the rest, blend (leave a little unmixed flour on the edges)
Add the 1/2 cup semi sweet chips and dark chocolate
Put the dough in the fridge (overnight or for an hour)
