Best Pork Tender Loin

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 1 piece
  • paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • garlic powder - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • oregano - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
  • black pepper - 8 g (0.29 oz)
  • onion - 2 pieces
  • mushrooms - 200 g (7 oz)
  • salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)
  • oregano - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • hard cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
  • bacon - 150 g (5.3 oz)
  • oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
  • Tray size 40 X 30 cm (16 in x 12 in)
  • potatoes - 600 g (21.16 oz)
  • salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
  • black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
  • oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
  • parsley - 15 g (½ oz)
  • garlic - 5 cloves

Directions

  1. Slice pork down the center of the top.
  2. Mix the next 5 spices, sprinkle over pork and rub it in.
  3. Heat oil, fry onions then add salt, pepper and oregano. Add mushrooms
  4. Lay out 1 piece of tinfoil and cover that with parchment paper.
  5. Lay slices of back out, lay pork on top of it, put mushrooms and onions down the center slit and cover it with slices of cheese.
  6. Fold bacon over to meet at the top of pork. Fold parchment over it, then fold tinfoil over it.
  7. Lay parchment paper on baking sheet and lay pork on tray diagonally.
  8. Perl and cut potatoes into 4 diagonal sections, toss with salt, pepper, paprika and oil.
  9. Lay potatoes around the pork
  10. Bake at 355 for 35 min.
  11. Chop parsley and garlic and mix together. To Serb, sprinkle over the potatoes.
