Ingredients

• Put rhubarb,water and sugar in pot and bring to a boil. Boil till rhubarb is soft. And jello and stir till Dissolved. Strain out rhubarb, Add vodka and freeze. Stir a couple of times as it freezes
• Mix with tonic or 7-up
