  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground savory
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups pork rind crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (Great Lakes)
