Ingredients

  • Crema papa:
  • 1 cuchara de Harina
  • 1 cuchara de Mantequilla
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 1 taza de Leche
  • Sal pimienta
  • Ajinomoto
  • Queso
  • Perejil
  • 2 papas

Directions

  1. Sofreír el ajo en sarten con mantequilla
  2. Añadir la harina luego batir añadir la leche y los condimentos hasta que hierba y apagar. Hechar la crema sobre las 2 papas picadas y peladas con queso rayado y meter al horno 1 hora. Perejil al final.

Bife:
