  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup flour (approx)
  • About 2 cups ground cracker meal (this could be panko or breadcrumbs unseasoned)
  • Salt and pep to taste

Directions

  1. Crack eggs into Pyrex
  2. Add some olive oil to eggs (1 or 2 tbsp)
  3. Add 2 tsps salt to eggs
  4. Add 1 tsps pepper to eggs
  5. Add little bit garlic powder
  6. Mix eggs with fork
  7. Add galleta to other Pyrex
  8. Add flour to another pan (about 1 cup)
  9. Add 2 tsps salt to galleta
  10. Add 1 tsps pepper to galleta
  11. Mix with hands
  12. Add 1 tsps garlic powder to galleta
  13. Order: flour-egg-galleta
  14. 1 hand wet 1 hand dry
  15. Add oil to skillet
  16. Test oil heat with breadcrumb
