BLACKBERRY COBBLER CUPCAKES

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • For the Blackberry Glaze
  • 12 ounces blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • zest and juice of 1 orange
  • For the Cobbler Crumble Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, cold, cut into small pieces
