Blender Egg Nog
Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 Large yolks- (extra ?)
- 1/3c granulated sugar
- 1 1/3c whole milk
- 1/3c aged rum
- 1/3c bourbon
- 2/3c heavy cream
- Ice
- Nutmeg- garnish
Directions
- Blend eggs and yolks until broken up.
- With blender running slowly add sugar until we'll mixed about 30sec.
- Slowly add milk, rum and bourbon blending slowly until combined about 1 min.
- Slowly add cream until frothy and combined about 1 min.
- Leave in blender 1-4 hrs and refrigerate, when serving briefly blend to recombine. Serve over ice, sprinkled with nutmeg
