Kyra Hungerford, RDN στο Instagram: "how to make🤍🫐🍋 1 and 3/4 c flour (all purspose flour - optional to add 2 tbsp extra flour if batter comes out too runny) 3/4 c sugar 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c milk 1/4 c melted butter 1 tbsp lemon zest 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 6oz container vanilla Skyr or use greek yogurt instead 1 c fresh blueberries mix dry and wet ingredients into 2 separate bowls, slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry until combined then fold in the blueberries. Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for about 60 min. Let cool and then top with glaze & enjoy!"
