juice of 2 limes (about 1/2 cup)
juice of 2 small blood orange (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup (8 ounces) vodka
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 (8 ounce) ginger beers, chilled
1 (750ml) bottle champagne, chilled
