Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Buttermilk
  • 2 gallons Mayo (15 lbs)
  • 3 pkg Blue Cheese Dressing Mix
  • 1 1/2 lbs Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 tub Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Dried Parsley

Directions

Put all in large stand up mixer and mix until fully combined.
Add to 1 gallon plastic containers.
Label and date, with a 14 day expiration date.
