Blueberry Crumb Cake
Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2C flour
- 1 1/2C sugar
- 2t baking powder
- 1t salt
- 1stick plus 2T butter
- 1C milk
- 2eggs
- 1C blueberries. (I use 2 cups)
- TOPPING:
- 1/2C sugar
- 1T cinnamon
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 C flour

Directions
- Cake: Cream together sugar and butter, add eggs and beat. Combine flour , baking powder and salt. Add to creamed sugar mixture alternately with milk. Mix for 2 mins. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" cake pan.
Crumb topping:
- Add sugar, flour and cinnamon and combine. Slice cold butter and add. Take two knives or a pastry cutter and cut until mixture becomes crumbly. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over batter.
- Bake at 350 for 40-50 mins.
