  • Chicken marinade of your choice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Dry marinade -
  • 1/4 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground fennel
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Pound chicken breast to equal thickness
  2. Wet marinade of your choice or do a dry marinated
  3. Preheat cast iron skillet and oil on med- high heat to 365 degrees
  4. Fry 3 1/2 min. To 4 per side
  5. Rest for 5 minutes on wire rack or paper towel
