Directions

  1. Add Oil
  2. Fry chopped garlic, rai, jeera, curry leaves, heeng, green chillies.
  3. chopped onion and fry till golden
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomato, fry.
  5. Add Besan ghol n bring to a boil
  6. While besan ghol comes to a boil, strain 1/2 cup boondi thru lukewarm water
  7. Add boondi to Ghol
  8. Simmer for 5-7 mins
  9. Garnish chopped coriander
  10. Serve.
