Boursin Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups dripped yogurt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dries basil
- 1/2 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbs dried parsley
Directions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yogurt & butter. Mix well.
- Add remaining seasonings & mix well.
- Use as dip or use for Boursin chicken dinner.
