Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tspn dry mustard
  • 3 slices white bread cubed into 1/2" cubes.
  • 9 eggs, slightly beaten
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Directions

  1. Brown sausage, drain. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, bread cubes, salt, cheese and sausage together. Mix well.
  2. Grease 9x13 pan. Pour in mixture and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees one hour uncovered.
