Lightly whisk the eggs and milk together. Pour into a non-stick pan over medium heat and continue to stir until the egg is cooked through and light and fluffy.
Spread the wrap with chutney, place the eggs in the center, top with avocado and spinach and roll to make a tasty breakfast.
Follow with a piece of fruit and a latte.
TIP: you can choose any high fiber fruit such as an orange, pear, apple or slightly unripe banana.
