1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Crack eggs into a large bowl. Whisk.
2. Add all topping ingredients, milk, cheese and salt and pepper.
3. Mix thoroughly. Grease a large sheet pan. Pour egg mixture into a 11x17 sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Cut into squares and serve! Alternatively, put in freezer for 30 minutes and store in sealed containers for an easy reheat-only breakfast!
