Toss broccoli with oil and season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 mins at 450 degrees, then change to broil and cook for another 5 mins
Blend cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, American cheese, nutritional yeast, and whole milk
Cook pasta for half the time on package
After pasta and broccoli is cooked add to crock pot and pour cheese sauce over top, combine and cook on high for 20-30 mins
