Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mac And Cheese

Ingredients

  • 48 oz chicken breast
  • 30g garlic paste
  • 30g Worcestershire sauce
  • 1Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 24oz frozen broccoli
  • 672g shell pasta
  • 800g cottage cheese
  • 125g cheddar cheese
  • 125g American cheese (or Colby)
  • 10g nutritional yeast (or soy sauce)
  • 650ml whole milk

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and onions in crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, shred
  2. Toss broccoli with oil and season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 mins at 450 degrees, then change to broil and cook for another 5 mins
  3. Blend cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, American cheese, nutritional yeast, and whole milk
  4. Cook pasta for half the time on package
  5. After pasta and broccoli is cooked add to crock pot and pour cheese sauce over top, combine and cook on high for 20-30 mins
