Directions

  1. prep the broccoli.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Fill the bowl with water and add a splash of vinegar.
  4. Let the broccoli soak for 10 minutes to ensure it’s clean and fresh.
  5. Cooking the Vegetables

Now that the broccoli is ready, let’s move on to the next step:

  1. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and carrot to the pan and sauté until they’re tender.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and basil, and add crushed garlic for extra flavor.
  4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.

With the veggies cooked to perfection, it’s time to bring everything together:

  1. Transfer the cooked vegetables to the bowl with the broccoli.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cream to the eggs and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in grated hard cheese, basil, and chili pepper for an extra kick.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and vegetables, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  6. Baking the Omelette

Now comes the fun part – baking our delicious creation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line a baking tray with wet baking paper to prevent sticking.
