Brown Gravy

Ingredients

  • Au Jus - 1.5 gallon + 1.5 cups
  • 1 tablespoon beef base
  • 1 tablespoon gravy color
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Cornstarch -1 cup

Directions

Bring Au jus to a boil with gravy color and beef base

-------Thickener-------
Combine flour/cornstarch 1.5 cups cold Au jus

Add thickener to boiling Au jus until desired consistency
Turn off
