Brownie Roll Out Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 2/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 sticks butter, softened to room temp
- 1 1/2 C granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
- Chill covered for 30 min.
- Roll 1/4” thick on floured surface and cut star shapes. Sprinkle w/ crystal sugar.
- Bake 350 for 6-8 min.
