Oven to 350°F.
Line 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
Grease parchment paper
If adding cream cheese filling prepare it now
Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add oil, applesauce and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in sugar.
Add egg whites; stir until well blended.
Add flour; mix well.
Spread batter into prepared pan.
Now add cream cheese filling
Spread and cut with knife to get marble effect
Bake 35min.
Cool completely.
