  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed, shredded
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp minced, fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup panko
