Season the chicken breast with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt pepper and olive oil
Mix till the color changes
Cook for eight minutes on medium heat
Shred the chicken using two forks
In a blender add 2.5 quarter cups of cottage cheese, 3/4 cup light cream cheese,1/4 cup buffalo sauce, two tablespoons of low-fat cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup skimmed milk and 1tsp garlic powder.
Mix until smooth
Add a teaspoon of salt to boiling water and add your pasta
Boil for 8 minutes
Add the cooked pasta and cheese in a pan
Top with the shredded chicken and mix well
