  • Heavy cream
  • Naan
  • Onions
  • Avocado oil
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Shan butter chicken masala (1/2 packet)
  • Chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Dice onions very finely
  2. Sauté with a bit of avocado oil
  3. Add a half spoon of ginger garlic paste
  4. Once done add the spices
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. Bring to medium, stir
  7. Add heavy cream
  8. Let cook for 10 minutes. Then simmer for 25
  9. Cook chicken separately, little bit of oil until whitebutte
  10. Have the water drain into the simmering pot
  11. When it is done, move the chicken into the pan
  12. Simmer for 15 minutes
