Butter Pecan Cake
Ingredients
- One box of Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- One can coconut pecan icing
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or more
- Four eggs
- One cup of water

- Mix all ingredients together. Place in pound cake pan and cook at 325° for 45 minutes. Cool, then ice with another can of coconut pecan icing when cake is cool.
