Butter Pecan Cake

Ingredients

  • One box of Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • One can coconut pecan icing
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or more
  • Four eggs
  • One cup of water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Place in pound cake pan and cook at 325° for 45 minutes. Cool, then ice with another can of coconut pecan icing when cake is cool.
