Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1-1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 butterfinger candy bars (chopped)

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg whites; beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  3. Stir in candy bars.
  4. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
