Caesar Salad Dressing 1WW
Ingredients
- Garlic clove(s) 4 clove(s), medium
- Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp(s)
- Plain fat free yogurt 1 cup(s)
- Olive oil 2 tbsp(s)
- Anchovies canned in oil drained 2 item(s)
- Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp(s)
- Fresh parsley 2 tbsp(s)
- Table salt 1 tsp(s)
- Black pepper 1 tsp(s)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place garlic cloves in a small oven-proof dish and cover with oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast the garlic cloves in the oil 20 minutes.
Blend all ingredients in the food processor until emulsified.
