2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Garlic granules
For the sauce -
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Red chilli, finely diced (optional)
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tbsp Lime juice
For frying
2-3 tsp Cooking oil
