Combine shrimp, chicken and spices in a bowl and toss to coat evenly. Set aside. Precook chicken and sausage about 1/2 done. Precook shrimp to about half done, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Heat oil. Add onions, beans, peppers, celery, corn, mushrooms, peas and carrots. Salt and pepper. Add shrimp, chicken and sausage.
Cook for 10 minutes while stirring. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauces. Cover and cook another 10 minutes. Turn off heat and allow the jambalaya to continue to steam for about 10 minutes, covered.
Stir in green onions and jalapeno. Cook rice for each separate serving.
