Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease baking dish.
Wash and dry potatoes. Slice 1/4-inch thick. Put potatoes in one layer in the bottom of the pan. Drizzle with melted butter; add pepper, salt, seasoning and green onions. Repeat.
Pour a small amount of milk in the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 40 minutes. Remove foil, and let potatoes brown for 5-10 minutes.
