  • 1-Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1-Cup Karo Syrup
  • 1-Can Sweetend Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 -Teaspoon Salt
  • 1-tsp Vinilla

Directions

  1. 1. Greese a 9x13 baking sheet with butter.
  2. 2.In large non stick pan, add butter, sugar, brown sugar, Karo Syrup, sweetend condensed milk and salt.
  3. 3.Cook over medium heat, Stirring until all the sugar is dissolved and butter melted.
  4. 4.Stir constantly, cook the Carmel mixture until it reaches 240 degrees. (Soft Ball.
  5. 5. Take caramel off the heat.
  6. 6. Add vanilla and stir.
  7. 7. Pour caramel into greased sheet. Let cool before cutting.
  8. 8. Sprinkle with salt flakes if desired
