  • 3-4 large brown or red onions
  • 2T olive oil
  • 2T brown sugar
  • 1T balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Slice onions very finely. Heat oil, add onions and cook for 15-20 minutes on a low temperature until onions begin to caramelise. Add sugar and vinegar and cook for a further 5-10minutes.
