Ingredients
- 2 Quarts Popcorn
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Dark Karo Syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Optional
- Pecans
- Other nuts

Directions
- Melt butter, then add brown sugar and Karo syrup
- Bring to a med/low boil for 5 minutes
- Add
- Vanilla and Baking Soda
- Stir in large bowl of popcorn
- Spread caramel corn onto baking pan and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
