Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
