Carvel Leto Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 70gr butter melted
  • 40gr erithrol
  • 2 eggs
  • 35gr almond flour
  • 35gr coconut flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 15-20gr 100% unsweetened cacao
  • 1 tablespoon vainilla extract
  • liquid sweetener
  • tablets chocolate 85%
  • 1 pint of chocolate ice cream

Directions

Preheat si quieres mientras preparas mixture

In bowl:
Put melted butter, eritrol and batir
Add the eggs and batir
Add the flours, salt and baking soda and mix it around
Cacao (2cucharaditas)
Batir
Vainilla extract (cucharada grande)
And a nice big (like big) squirt of sweetener
Batir
Chop up a whole bar of 85% chocolate y meterlo como si fuesen chips
And add another squirt of sweetener

And now in oven paper sheet meter plano al horno at 350ºF (180ºC) for about 10 minutes
- you don’t want it to overcook because it will continue cooking once you take it out)

Let it cool for 5-10 minutes on cooking rack

Flatten la capa en recipiente
Add the whole pint of ice cream (rebel triple chocolate)

Be sure to lick everything, and if you don’t have it all over your face you didn’t do a good job
