2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce (alternate 3/8 cup soy 3/8 cup water)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 cup cashews
2 cups white rice prepared
1 green onion sliced thin
*Optional to Thicken Sauce:
2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
