Chanda’s Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 32 oz V8
- 2 packages of beef stew mix ( I use McCormick)
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 cans carrots
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans diced new potatoes
- 2 pounds ground beef
Directions
- Cook ground beef
- Pour V8 in pot
- Add both packages of stew mix and stir well.
- Drain and add all canned vegetables.
- Add ground beef.
- Stir together well and cook.(crockpot or Instapot)
