Cheesy Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 1 - Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ¼ Cup - Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp. - Salt
  • ¼ tsp. - Pepper
  • 1 - Top the Tator Sour Cream (Small Container)
  • 1/3 Cup. - Regular Sour Cream
  • 3 Cups. - Mixed Shredded Chees
  • ½ Cup. - Chopped Onion
  • 2 lb frozen hash browns (Ore Ida Pieces NOT Shredded)
  • 4 cups corn flakes

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients listed above.
  2. ADD 2 LB. Bag of frozen hash brown potatoes.
  3. Mix together well. Pour it all into a greased 9 × 13 glass pan.

Make topping. Stir together in medium size bowl:

  1. ½ Cup Melted Butter and 4 Cups of Crushed Corn Flakes.
  2. Put topping over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for at least an hour.
