Ingredients
- 1kg chat potatoes
- 2 medium onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 2 tsp Vegetable seasoning mix

- Peel potatoes and cut into quarters
- Slice onions
- Place half the potatoes on the bottom of greased oven proof dish
- Top with half the onion then half the cheese
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp seasoning
- Repeat with remaining ingredients
- Pour the cream evenly over potatoes
- Cook in moderate oven until the top of the dish is golden
