Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10-3/4 ounce canned condensed chicken soup
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix ingredients, add to dish. Bake 25 minutes. Broil to brown top.
