• 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 8 large egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
• 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves (chopped)
