Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp each of Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 cups cooked and cooled long grain white rice
  • 1 bag frozen mixed veggies
  • 6 eggs

Directions

  1. -Cut chicken into small pieces and put in a container.
  2. -Add all marinade ingredients and stir well.
  3. -Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
  4. -Cook 2 cups of long grain white rice following the directions on the package. Let cool and place in the refrigerator.
  5. -Heat pan to about medium heat and add some sesame oil.
  6. -Add chicken and frozen veggies/onion.
  7. -Let cook and stir everything around.
  8. -Stir rice then make a well in the middle.
  9. -Add more oil and add 6 eggs.
  10. -Stir to scramble them and let them cook until they are done to your liking.
  11. -Mix in chicken and veggies.
