Chicken & Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Basil Pesto Sauce
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup whole wheat pasta, dry
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato
- 1 piece chicken breast
Directions
Cook and drain the pasta.
Season the chicken and bake at 180C (356F) until cooked.
Mix half the sauce with the vegetables and pasta in pesto sauce.
Slice the chicken and top the salad with it. Top with the rest of the pesto.
